IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

All riders must place signed waivers in the kiosk before using our facility (for persons mounted and unmounted). Please print a copy of the waiver and sign before arriving. The kiosk is located at the end of the parking area.

Please enjoy the facilities but help us keep them clean and beautiful. Please CLEAN UP after your horse in our arenas and parking area. We have buckets and pitch forks in the parking area for your use.

A gate code for your visit is included in your receipt and will be valid for your visit.

Qualifications for participation

In order to use or participate in any event or activity at the facilities operated by Morningside Eventing, LLC and owned by Morningside Equestrian Farm, LLC (collectively hereinafter “Morningside”), the participant must sign the Release and Waiver of Liability and Covenant Not to Sue (hereinafter collectively “Release”). A participant who is under the age of 18 must have the Release signed by a parent or guardian before the participant can use the facilities or participate in any activity. If the Release has been altered in any manner, the participant will not be allowed to ride or participate in any activity.

Morningside must have in its possession an original signed Release on or before the date of the event or activity. If the Release is not received on or before the date of the event, the participant will be prohibited from participating in the event.
